Shipping, Returns & FAQ
Shipping
- Where: United States only, for now.
- Order minimum: $50.
- Rates: $10 flat shipping on orders from $50 to $99.99. Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Timing: orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed.
- Tracking: emailed as soon as your order ships. Larger orders may arrive in more than one package.
Returns
- 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email us your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
FAQ
Why are your prices lower than Amazon?
We add a flat 15% markup to what each item costs us and charge no extra fees. We make it up on volume.
Why is there a $50 minimum?
At a 15% margin, tiny orders cost more to pack and ship than they earn. The minimum keeps prices low on everything else.
Will it fit my desk or monitor?
Sizes are in each product description. If you're not sure, email us your measurements before you order.
Do the lights all run on one app?
No. Most lights are USB powered, and some have their own app or remote. Case fans and the ARGB case strip connect to your PC.
Are the katanas sharp?
They're sold as decorative display pieces for the wall or a stand.
